Wild Mushroom & Goat Cheese Crostini w/ Fresh Herbs & RENEW CBD Oil


Makes 10-12 Crostini


Ingredients:

3 cups mixed mushrooms (wild or whatever you can find)

3 tbl minced shallot

2 cloves garlic, 1 finely minced, 1 whole

3 tbl roughly chopped parsley

2 tbl finely chopped chives

splash of white wine

soft goat cheese

baguette

2-3 drops of Wild Herb Botanicals RENEW 1500 mg tincture per Crostini.

Butter

EVOO

Salt & Pepper


Directions:


Thinly slice mushrooms, and saute on medium/high in 1 tbl of EVOO until beginning to brown (add more EVOO as necessary). Add shallots and a sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes until shallots are translucent, and mushrooms are browned. Add minced garlic clove and cook 60 more seconds, and add a splash of white wine. Deglaze pan and reduce for about 5 minutes, than add 1 tbl of butter, and melt in while stirring.


Turn off heat, taste for Salt & Pepper, and add more as necessary. Stir in chopped parsley. Slice baguette in 1/2" pieces and toast. Rub toasted baguette slices with other whole clove of garlic. Spoon on mushrooms to every baguette slice. Crumble goat cheese over mushrooms. Sprinkle over chives. Add 2-3 drops of Wild Herb Botanicals RENEW 1500 mg CBD oil to each Crostini. Sprinkle with Maldon flaky salt. Serve! Enjoy in the afternoon with an apertif.
