SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping information. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect packages once they are en route.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Free Standard USPS Ground Shipping is offered on all orders over $50. All orders under $50 will be charged a flat fee of $5 per shipment. Shipments can take 1-10 business days, depending on location. UPS Shipping is available for a $10 flat fee, please contact us at info@wildherbcbd.com to request this shipping preference. Shipments can take (1-5 days) depending on location.

Shipments may take longer during holidays. No international shipping is available at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. But we do offer sample sizes for purchase of most of our products. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@wildherbcbd.com.
