Peach, Burrata, Arugula and Proscuitto Salad with Wild Herb Botanicals CBD


This salad is beautiful and easy and best to make when peaches are at their peak.


1 Peach

2 oz thinly sliced Proscuitto

1 Ball of Burrata

A handful of Arugula

Olive oil

Good aged balsamic

Maldon flaky salt

Freshly cracked black pepper

1 dropper full of Wild Herb Botanicals AWAKE CBD oil


This is a composed salad made by pulling apart a ball of burrata (I like arranging it on a cutting board), draping a sliced peach over it, and adding some tangles of proscuitto. Toss the Arugula with a drizzle of olive oil, the dropper full of Awake CBD oil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar, and a sprinkle of salt, and decorate the top of the salad. Finish with cracked pepper and a sprinkle of Maldon Salt and serve with a baguette if you are so inclined.


This is my summer go-to for entertaining. It's fantastic for two or four people, and doubles easily... Enjoy!
